Ken Sebahar

Ken Sebahar has been an avid fan of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Navision and Dynamics NAV) since 2001 when he began implementing and supporting Navision 2.60 for small and mid-sized distribution and manufacturing clients in the Midwest US.

Over many years, Ken's role at a Microsoft Partner organization transitioned from Application Consultant, to Project Manager, to VP of Operations, to President, to CEO.  Throughout all of these roles, Ken remained active in client engagements, architecting solutions, providing guidance, and even assisting with complex support cases.

No longer employed by a large Microsoft Partner organization, Ken currently works as a Business Central consultant and advisor, active in the community, and focused on assisting organizations with managing Business Central as efficiently and effectively as possible.  While his role is always tailored for each client, some examples of current and prior roles served include fractional BC System Administrator, optimization of financial setups for maximum auditability, inventory and costing analysis, moderating process improvement efforts, and assistance with the setup and use of Projects, Service Management and Manufacturing.

Ken is well-known for providing clear and concise recommendations, feedback, and unbiased input on the direction most suitable for each organization's long-term success.

Additional Related Experience:

In 2007, Ken published “The Executive Guide to Implementing Accounting Software”, a reference style guidebook intended to help ensure that those responsible for implementing a new accounting or ERP solutions were armed with a solid foundation on how to lead an organization through the complex process of new software implementation.

From 2019-2025, Ken enjoyed directing and co-hosting A Shot of Business Central and a Beer – a monthly podcast intended to provide listeners with an entertaining way to keep current on all types of news and updates related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
