Two of the key highlights from this video are the following:
1) With this release, Microsoft is making available (in Public Preview) the ability to design, develop, and deploy custom AI Agents within Business Central. Building custom AI Agents is accomplished using the Business Central AI development toolkit. More information on the Business Central AI development toolkit can be found via the "Designing and coding agents (preview)" link at the bottom of this post.
2) We review an issue that was introduced in Update 27.3 that results in the user needing to Refresh their browser and restart their session. This update continues to exist in Update 27.4. So if you have not yet updated to version 27.3, you may want to use the Business Central Admin Center to schedule your next update out into March 2026 to see if this issue has been resolved in Update 27.5.
